  4. Such a fantastic collection of protein filled recipes. These are all easy to make which is perfect and delicious. I try to eat keep carbs to a minimum for my family. These are all great choices.

  5. What a great collection. I don’t think people realize how important it is to get your protein in throughout the day. You certainly give them a lot of great choices here it doesn’t matter whether you’re a vegan or not.
