Theme: Kid’s Delight — Healthy Breakfasts
Dish: Chocolate Granola
Original recipe is with chocolate and coconut, but I skipped adding the coconut chips and coconut extract to the granola because I didn’t have neither at home. But even without them, granola tasted amazing.
It can be served with warm or cold milk or even sprinkled on yogurt. My kids loved eating it as is. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
