Vegetarian Malaysian Curry sauce made with potatoes. This curry sauce is made with generous quantity of coconut cream. It tasted great with roti canai and even with some plain rice. I also added some green peas to add some protein to the dish.
Roti Canai is a rich and flaky flatbread from Malaysia. It’s made with all purpose flour and copious amounts of ghee (clarified butter). This recipe is a little healthier with the use of wholewheat pastry flour and far less butter than the traditional recipe.

Apam Balik is a crispy thin pancake that is usually filled with sweetened peanuts. These are usually sold at specialist roadside stalls throughout Malaysia.
