Batido (Tropical Mango & Passionfruit Smoothie) Yum
This mango & passion fruit smoothie is a creamy and delicious treat to serve any time of the day. Try changing up the fruit — use pineapple, papaya, banana etc to make different flavored batidos. Add some vegan vanilla ice cream for an extra-special treat.

  • 8~10 oz. Frozen Passion fruit or other tropical fruit puree
  • 1 Medium Mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Almond Milk Or other nondairy milk
  • To taste Agave Syrup or Sugar (optional)
  • As needed Ice cubes

Instructions
  1. Break the frozen fruit puree into chunks and put in a blend. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into classes and enjoy right away.
