Cheese Pizza Stuffed Sandwich Yum
Cheesy pizza flavored sandwich is extremely easy to make and absolutely delicious. Great to serve as an appetizer, quick lunch or a snack.

Ingredients
For the Cheese Sauce:
  • 1 cup Processed Cheese, grated (I used Amul cheese)
  • 2 tbsp Warm Milk
  • 2 tbsp Green Pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red Pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional, but delicious)
  • Pinch of Crushed Red pepper flakes
  • Pinch of Salt (cheese already has salt, so go easy with it)
For the Sandwich:
  • 2 Hoagie/ Sandwich Rolls
  • 3 tbsp marinara sauce
  • As needed Veggies, finely chopped (broccoli, corn, tomato)
  • 3 tbsp Mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Butter or Extra virgin olive oil

Cheese Pizza Stuffed Sandwich
Instructions
Make Cheese Sauce:
  1. Combine grated cheese with warm milk, mix well and microwave in short bursts until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in all of the other ingredients for the sauce and mix well.
Assemble Sandwich:
  1. Spread pasta/ marinara sauce on one side of the sandwich roll. Spread a generous layer of cheese sauce on the other side and top with the veggies. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the veggies. Close the roll.
  2. Heat butter/ olive oil in a pan; place the sandwich in the pan and cook covered on medium flame. Cook till the cheese is ooey, gooey and melted. Gently flip and cook on the other side until lightly toasted. Serve hot and repeat with the other sandwich.
