  • 1 + 2 cup tbsps All purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 6 tbsps Butter – melted and cooled
  • ½ cup brown sugar Light
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Egg water replacer – whisked in 3tbsp (or use 1 large egg)
  • ¼ cup Chocolate + more for the topping Chips

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in egg mixture (or egg) and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Press dough evenly in the prepared pan into 8″ round cookie.
  6. Bake for 13~15 minutes — make sure not to over bake the cookie, cookie will continue to cook as it cools.
  7. Let the cookie cool on pan until completely cooled.
  8. Once completely cooled, decorate as desired. Enjoy!!
