Ingredients
For the Kachori:
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Sooji Semolina /
  • 2 pinches Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
Ingredients to make Raj Kachori:
  • Fillings:
  • moong Boiled green
  • chickpeas Boiled (black or white)
  • Potato Boiled (es) – diced
  • Papdi – homemade or store bought
  • Dahi wada (I didn’t add this)
Sauces:
  • Green chutney cilantro chilies ginger lemon juice sugar salt – Blend , green , , , & . Recipe in detail here from Manjula’s Kitchen
  • Tamarind chutney sauce – Recipe from Manjula’s Kitchen here . I cheated and used store bought Tamarina .
  • Yogurt – whisked
Dry Spices:
  • Salt
  • Chaat Masala
  • Salt Black
  • chili powder Red
Garnish:
  • Sev – homemade or store bought
  • Cilantro Leaves – finely chopped
  • Onion – finely chopped
