  • 4 cups Watermelon – peeled and cubed
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice Fresh
  • 1 chile pepper Jalapeno Green / – small, finely chopped (or use ½tsp chili flakes)
  • 3 tbsps Mint leaves Fresh – chopped (replace with basil leaves, if you want)

Watermelon Salsa
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate 1 hour, but no more than 3 hours.
