  • 2 Avocado – ripe
  • 1 cup Cilantro – , roughly chopped
  • 1 Red Onion – small, chopped (or 2 medium shallots)
  • 2 lemons Juice of (more or less depending on the tanginess of the lemon)
  • 2 cloves Garlic – , minced
  • 1 Jalapeno – chopped
  • 2 – 3 tbsps Olive oil
  • to taste Salt pepper &

Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
