  • ½ head cabbage – chopped about 3~4 cups
  • 2 Carrots – medium, cubed
  • 2 Potatoes – medium, diced
  • 1 onion – medium, chopped
  • 2 chilies Jalapenos Green / – slit
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 ginger ” – piece
  • 1 tsp cumin Ground
  • ½ tsp chili powder Red (optional)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • to taste Salt Pepper &

Instructions
  1. Heat 2~3tbsp oil in a saute pan, add onions, carrots, ginger, garlic and green chilies. Cook until onions start to turn translucent.
  2. Next add potatoes and cabbage along with turmeric. Mix well.
  3. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender and cabbage is cooked.
  4. Add cumin, red chili powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix well and cook for 3~4 minutes.
