Eggless Black Forest Cake

Ingredients needed to make eggless chocolate cake

Sift all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl

Add oil, vinegar, vanilla to non-dairy milk and whisk well

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into baking pan and bake.

Let the cake cool completely on wire rack

Ingredients needed to make the frosting

Whisk heavy cream, powdered sugar, whip ceram stabilizer in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form

Cut the cake in half. Drain cherries, reserving the syrup. Brush the cake with cherry syrup.

Frost the cake with the whipped cream

Add the finishing touches, chill for at least 1 hour before slicing
