Quick & Easy Fudge Brownie

One-bowl Fudge Brownie recipe that is quick and easy to make. Perfectly fudgy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ¾ cup Dutch process cocoa powder or Natural Cocoa I used Natural Cacao powder
  • cups Imperial Granulated Sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Instant Espresso powder, optional but highly recommended
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9"x13" pan (for thin brownies) or an 8" or 9" square pan (for thicker brownies) and line with parchment.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients in the order they are written. Stir and combine all the ingredients until incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes (for 9"13" pan); 26 minutes (for 9" pan) or 31 minutes (for 8" pan) or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it onto a wire rack to cool completely,
  • Cut the brownies and enjoy!!
