In a large mixing bowl, combine condensed milk and chocolate syrup until evenly mixed.
In a separate bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the cream into chocolate mixture.
Line a 9"x5" loaf pan with aluminum foil.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Serve with sprinkles.
