Ingredients

  • 2 Brown Bread Slices
  • 1 Small Potato, boiled, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Small Beet, boiled, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Small Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 Small Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp Green Chutney
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 Cheese slices (optional)

Instructions

  • Spread butter on one side of both the bread slices. Top them with green chutney.
  • Top one of the bread slices with potato and sprinkle with little chaat masala. Layer with cucumber, beets, tomato and red onion (if using) and sprinkle each layer with some chaat masala.
  • Top with the cheese slices and the second bread slice. Press lightly and cut the sandwich into quarters or halves. Enjoy!!
