Ingredients

  • cups Papaya , chopped
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Water Cold
  • 2 tsps Honey
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger , grated
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!!
