South Indian Style Salad made with Moong dal and lettuce greens. Easy to make and protein rich -- this is sure to be a hit.

Lettuce leaves

Moong dal
¼
cup
Pomegranate seeds

coconut
Fresh grated

tbsps
Raisins
To taste
Salt Pepper

Instructions
Soak moong dal for 1 hour. Drain.
In a bowl, combine lettuce, drained moong dal, coconut, pomegranate seeds, raisins and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately!!
