Banana Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Banana, chopped
  • 1 Medium Avocado, scooped and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Agave Nectar or adjust as per taste
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 packet Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Cashew or Almond Milk (adjust as per the desired consistency)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth and thick. Remove the pudding into serving cup or cups and then refrigerate for at least 3~4 hours. Enjoy the creamy, smooth and delicious pudding.
