Combine oats and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir in grated apple and some more milk. Bring the mixture to a slow boil and simmer for 5~10 minutes to get the desired consistency, stirring continuously to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Divide among the serving bowls and sprinkle some ground cinnamon and drizzle some honey.
