Ice Cream Cake

  • 3 ~ 4 Chocolate Vanilla Cake loaf / - slices to fit the pan
  • 3 ~ 4 cups Vanilla Ice cream - softened (check out my vanilla ice cream recipes here, here and here)
  • 3 ~ 4 Bourbon Biscuits - roughly chopped
  • ΒΌ cup Almonds Toasted sliced
  • 4 ~ 6 Oreo cookies - chopped


  • Combine the softened ice cream with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine everything.
  • Line the loaf pan with a plastic wrap. Make sure that there is extra hanging over the ends to make removing of the cake out of the pan easy.
  • Layer the bottom of the pan with the cake slices, slightly overlapping.
  • Pour in the ice cream mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with the overhang plastic wrap and freeze until ready to serve.
