Preheat oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan with parchment paper. Leave an overhang on the sides for easy removal from the pan.
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Add this to the bottom of the pan and press to form an even layer.
Pour the condensed milk evenly over the crumb mixture.
Layer with chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Using the back of a spoon, press down the toppings firmly.
Bake for 25~30 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven. Loosen from sides of the pan while still warm; cool on wire rack and cut into squares or diamonds.
