Green Goddess dip is creamy, light and absolutely addictive. Serve with chopped veggies for a healthy and delicious appetizer or a quick snack.

For Green Goddess Dip:

  • 1 Avocado, pitted and mashed
  • 1 Scallion, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, grated (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Mint, chopped
  • 1~2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • To taste Salt Pepper

For serving:

  • As needed Fresh Veggies


  • Combine all the ingredients for the dip in a blender and blend until nice and smooth. Add more yogurt if the dip is too thick. Taste and adjust seasoning according.
  • Serve with fresh veggies.
  • Store leftover dip in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
