Quick Oats Chiwda
Quick Oats chiwda is spicy, crunchy and delicious. I am sure you can't stop eating this irresistible snack. It's guilt free and like I already said super yummy.
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/2 cup Peanuts
- 3 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Cashews (optional)
- 1/2~1 tsp chili powder
- 6~10 curry leaves
- To Taste salt
- 3 tbsp Roasted Chana Dal
- 1 tbsp Oil
Dry roast oats on low flame until nicely toasted and aromatic. Remove into a bowl.
Heat 1tbsp oil in the same pan, fry peanuts until golden. Put them in the bowl with oats.
In the same pan, fry cashews, raisins, roasted chana dal and curry leaves. Mix them with the oats.
Stir in chili powder and salt. Mix well -- let cool and enjoy!!
