This mango & passion fruit smoothie is a creamy and delicious treat to serve any time of the day. Try changing up the fruit -- use pineapple, papaya, banana etc to make different flavored batidos. Add some vegan vanilla ice cream for an extra-special treat.
8~10oz.Frozen Passion fruit or other tropical fruit puree
1Medium Mango, peeled and diced
2cupsAlmond Milk Or other nondairy milk
To tasteAgave Syrup or Sugar (optional)
As neededIce cubes
Instructions
Break the frozen fruit puree into chunks and put in a blend. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into classes and enjoy right away.
