Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple - cored and chopped
  • ¾ cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk (I used Soy milk)
  • 1 Banana Very ripe - medium (frozen is preferred)
  • 2 tbsps Oats (use 2tbsp raw almonds instead)
  • 1 ~ 2 tsps Agave Nectar (optional)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Ground
  • 2 ~ 4 Ice (optional) Cubes

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
