Chimmiri Undalu (Sesame-Jaggery Balls)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Sesame Seeds
  • 3 tbsp coconut Dry grated - (optional)
  • ½ cup Jaggery - grated or powdered (use less if you want less sweeter laddoos)

Instructions

  • Blend sesame seeds to a powder in a small blender. Add coconut and blend until combined. Next add the grated jaggery and blend until combined. Don't blend it for too long, since this is a very sticky and thick mixture it might burn mixer's motor, so blend in short intervals.
  • Once a cohesive mixture forms, form laddoos and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
