Easy Eggless French Toast

Ingredients needed to make Eggless French Toast

In a shallow pan or pie plate, combine, custard powder and sugar

Whisk until sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth

Dip the bread briefly in the custard mixture so it is well soaked but not soggy

Cook on a preheated pan with some unsalted butter

Cook until golden brown on both sides

Serve topped with fruit and maple syrup
