Bagel Chips with Cinnamon Sugar

Great way to use up leftover bagels - simply bake them with some cinnamon sugar and serve them with honey-cinnamon yogurt dip.

Ingredients

For Bagel Chips:

  • 2 Bagels, plain or raisin bagels would be great
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1~2 tbsp Sugar (adjust as per taste preference)
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon

For Honey-Cinnamon Yogurt Dip:

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey (adjust as per taste preference)
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

Make Bagel Chips:

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Slice the bagels into ¼” thick pieces. Add the melted butter, cinnamon and sugar to the bagel pieces and mix well really well to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  • Place the bagel pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake them 8~10 minutes per side until nice and crispy. Serve immediately!!

Make Honey-Cinnamon Yogurt Dip:

  • Mix all the ingredients well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
