For the Kachori:
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- ¼ cup Sooji Semolina /
- 2 pinches Baking soda
- ½ tsp Salt

- Potato Boiled (es) - diced
- Dahi wada (I didn't add this)

- Tamarind chutney sauce - Recipe from Manjula's Kitchen here . I cheated and used store bought Tamarina .
- Yogurt - whisked

- Salt
- Chaat Masala
- Salt Black
- chili powder Red
Garnish:
- Sev - homemade or store bought
- Cilantro Leaves - finely chopped
- Onion - finely chopped
