Ingredients

For the Kachori:

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Sooji Semolina /
  • 2 pinches Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt

Ingredients to make Raj Kachori:

  • moong Boiled green
  • chickpeas Boiled (black or white)
  • Potato Boiled (es) - diced
  • Dahi wada (I didn't add this)

Sauces:

  • Green chutney cilantro chilies ginger lemon juice sugar salt - Blend , green , , , & . Recipe in detail here from Manjula's Kitchen
  • Tamarind chutney sauce - Recipe from Manjula's Kitchen here . I cheated and used store bought Tamarina .
  • Yogurt - whisked

Dry Spices:

  • Salt
  • Chaat Masala
  • Salt Black
  • chili powder Red

Garnish:

  • Sev - homemade or store bought
  • Cilantro Leaves - finely chopped
  • Onion - finely chopped
