This is another one of those recipes I jotted down in my little trusty diary during my India trip. I couldn’t find soy flakes in India grocery here, so I bought 2 boxes from India. This recipe goes really well with rotis and chapathis.

      Hi Pavani

I have an unopened pack of soy flakes. Will try out your recipe. Also I remember seeing this version of jowar roti at aayi's site. But never tried it. My inlaws are famous for making this roti and I never attempted to make them. Will try now. Thanks.

Hi, I am delighted to have found this recipe. I have just bought a kilo packet of organic soya flakes online from Forest Whole Foods and was googling for recipes using them. This was the first one that came up and will definitely be a keeper. Thank you so much. I have found the above company to be excellent and thoroughly recommend them.
